AC Milan set to trump Man Utd

Manchester United and Chelsea are getting ready for a January fight for Netherlands football player Wesley Sneijder along with European giant AC Milan. At present, the twenty nine year old Dutch player is playing for Turkish team Galatasaray. According to reports, last month, Dutch coach Louis van Gaal advised him to join Chelsea during the mid-season transfer window.

In spite of Unal Aysal, the Galatasaray president, claiming that he has no intent of letting the Dutch star leave the club. Media reports in Milan, Italy suggests that they are getting ready to take Sneijder.

Roberto Mancini, the present Galatasaray coach, is very keen to add to his team and he also wants to bring Milan player Stephan El Shaarawy in Galatasaray next year. Earlier, El Shaarawy was linked to Tottenham and Liverpool as a part of a contract that would bring Wesley Sneijder to San Siro.

Wesley spent 4 years with Milan’s rivals Inter. The Dutch player enjoyed much success accomplishing the treble that includes Champions League crown in the year 2010 under then coach Jose Mourinho, who is a huge admirer of Sneijder. Right now, he is eyeing a move to include him to Chelsea, which is already brimming of attacking talent.

During summer, United coach David Moyes could not sign Sneijder for them and now he wants to sign Sneijder as soon as the next transfer season opens.
